Aura Properties

You can find us at Aura Properties over in the Babusapalya area. We are on the 1st floor of the DM Complex, which is on the Outer Ring Road near Frazer Town’s 7th Cross. It’s right opposite the VV Convention Hall, which is a big landmark people usually know. The traffic on the Ring Road is almost always heavy, so there is a constant hum of cars and bikes. We have a decent view of the road from our window. The office is a simple setup. We have some chairs for visitors and a few computers. It’s not a large corporate space, just a local office where we handle property matters. We’ve been in this complex for a while now. The building is okay, though the lift can be a bit slow sometimes. We usually tell people to just take the stairs to the first floor. It’s easier. Babusapalya has grown a lot recently. There are new buildings and shops popping up everywhere you look. We try to keep up with what’s happening in the neighborhood. Some days are very busy with people coming in to ask questions, and other days are quite slow. We don't use any big marketing tricks. We just talk to people and help them out with what they are looking for. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. Being near the convention hall makes it easy to give directions. We’re just regular folks working in the property business every day.
