Aum Karan Properties

Aum Karan Properties is based at 148 St Johns Medical College area, very close to the Canara Bank. We spend our days looking at listings and talking to people who want to move or find a spot for their shop. The real estate market around here is always a bit unpredictable. One day everyone wants to buy, and the next day it’s all quiet. We’ve got maps on the wall and a lot of keys in the drawer. It’s a small office, mostly just a few chairs and a table where we go over the documents. Dealing with property means a lot of walking around the neighborhood to show houses or plots. It’s not as glamorous as it looks on TV. It’s mostly just making sure the paperwork is right and that the landlord and tenant are actually talking to each other. We’ve seen a lot of changes in this area near the college. New buildings go up and old ones get torn down. We just try to keep track of it all. It’s a busy life, always on the phone or out on the street meeting people. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People mostly find us by walking past or hearing about us from someone else in the neighborhood. It’s just a local property shop doing its thing near the bank. We’ve been at 148 for a long time now.
