Aum Karam Property

We are located over in Agara Post, specifically at 148 on the 3rd Cross. It’s right off Mudalapalya Road, which stays pretty busy most of the time. Aum Karam Property isn't a big, fancy real estate firm with a glass building. We operate out of a much smaller space that feels more like a part of the neighborhood. Most of our day is spent talking to people about land and houses, or checking on different sites nearby. It involves a lot of walking and driving around the local streets. The desk is usually covered in maps and old files that have been sitting there for months. We know the shortcuts around this area and which roads get flooded when it rains hard. People stop by to ask questions about the local market or just to see what’s available. It’s a lot of paperwork and waiting for things to get cleared. We don’t use any complex sales tactics or anything like that. It’s just about knowing who is selling and who is looking to buy in this part of town. Sometimes it’s slow, and other times we can’t keep up with the phone calls. That’s just the nature of the property business here. We like being in this spot because it's easy for locals to find us when they’re walking back from the main road. It’s just a regular local office.
