We have been over here at 312/B, 18th Main in JP Nagar for a while now. It's the 5th Phase, right on 19th Cross in SMS Layout. Mostly, we just help people find a place to stay or sort out property stuff nearby. It’s a busy office. Sometimes the phones do not stop ringing and other days it is just neighbors dropping in to ask about rent prices. We know this area pretty well because we spend all our time walking around these blocks. Buying or selling a house is a big headache, so we try to make the paperwork part less of a mess. It isn't fancy here, just a regular desk and some chairs where we can sit and talk about what you are looking for. People around JP Nagar know where to find us if they need a plot or an apartment. We keep things straightforward. If a place has issues, we will tell you. There is no point hiding things because we live here too and see everyone at the market. Most of our day is spent visiting sites or checking documents at the government offices. It is a lot of running around, but that is just how the real estate business works in this part of town.
