You can find us on the 2nd floor of the Shalimar Arcade, which is located at 189/44 in Wilson Garden. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’ve been here at Assistant Buyers Housing Inc for a good stretch of time. The office is pretty straightforward. We have some desks, a lot of files about local properties, and a window that looks out onto the street. Wilson Garden is a busy neighborhood, and we see a lot of people coming and going from the arcade. Our work is mostly about helping people figure out where they want to buy a house and dealing with all the steps that come after that decision. It’s a lot of talking and looking at maps. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge marketing budget. We’re just a small team in a second-floor office. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of coffee, just like any other place. We don’t try to sound like experts with fancy titles; we just know the area and try to give people the facts. The office can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going and keep working through the paperwork. It’s a steady kind of life here in Wilson Garden. We just take it one client at a time and try to keep things honest while we look through the listings.
