We are located at number 16 on Silver Jubilee Park Road, right in the thick of things. If you know SJP Road, you know how crowded and chaotic it gets with all the hardware shops and people rushing around. Our place is tucked in there amongst all the other engineering businesses. It’s a narrow street and parking is always a nightmare, so most people just walk in or use a two-wheeler. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building shows its age a bit, but it serves us well. Inside, it’s mostly shelves piled high with engineering parts and components. There isn't much room to move around when we have a big delivery coming in. We spend our days answering the phone and helping people find that one specific link or part they can't find anywhere else. The noise from the street is constant, from the honking horns to the shouts of the loaders nearby. We usually have a tea stall guy who comes around twice a day, which is the highlight of the afternoon. We don't have a polished showroom or fancy lights. It’s just a practical engineering shop where we try to be helpful and get the job done. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for years. They know we are at number 16 and they know what to expect when they walk through the door.
