Ashwas Property

We are located over near the Nirmal Church in the Nagawara area. Our office is at number 87 in the Sant Jalaram Society. It’s right off the Ring Road, so it gets pretty loud with all the cars and trucks passing by our windows. We deal with houses and plots around this part of the city. People come in looking for a place to stay or maybe something to invest their savings in. It’s a small office, nothing too big or impressive. Sometimes we are out on site visits all day so the front door might be locked for an hour or two while we are away. We know the streets around Verian Palaya quite well because we spend so much time walking them to check on properties. There’s a lot of new construction happening nearby lately. We just keep track of what’s available and try to help people figure out the paperwork which can be a real headache. It’s mostly local families and some workers moving into the area who stop by to ask questions. We have a couple of desks and some old maps pinned on the wall. It’s not a corporate setup at all. We just know the local land and who is selling what. If you are near the church, you can usually find us without too much trouble. We try to keep things simple and clear when we talk to anyone who walks in.
