Bengaluru traffic is a real headache, especially around the Ashok Nagar area. Our spot is at 35/1 on the first floor. It is located on Tatewe Line, which is just off Lechman Road. It is a bit tucked away from the main drag, which is actually nice because the street noise is slightly muffled. We have been working from this office for a while now. The space is not very big, but it fits exactly what we need for our daily tasks. We have a couple of desks and a lot of filing cabinets that are starting to get full. The windows look out onto the street and we often watch the people rushing by to catch the bus. We usually start our morning with some coffee and a quick look at the list of things that need doing. We handle a lot of coordination and paperwork. It can get a bit dry sometimes, so we try to keep the atmosphere in the office light and friendly. The staff is all local and we have worked together for a long time. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up and we have to take the stairs, which keeps us moving. We do not have a big flashing sign outside, just a small one by the door. Most people who come to see us already know where we are. We are not interested in being the loudest. We just do our bit and go home.
