Ashirvad Estate Agency is located at 177 in BTM 2nd Stage. We are right on the corner of 19th A Cross and 9th Main Road. If you know BTM, you know it is a huge maze of houses, shops, and PG accommodations. We have been working out of this office for a long time now. Our day-to-day work mostly involves talking to people who are looking for a place to stay or someone who wants to sell their property. It involves a lot of walking around the neighborhood to look at different flats and houses. BTM has changed so much since we first started; there are so many more buildings now than there used to be. Our office is just a simple place where we keep our files and meet with clients. We don't have any big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us, some chairs, and a lot of knowledge about which landlord is okay and which house has good water supply. People usually come to us because they are tired of looking at bad listings online and just want to talk to someone who knows the actual streets. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out on the 9th Main Road showing people around. It is a straightforward job, and we just try to be honest about what a place looks like before someone decides to move in. It's just how we do things here.
