We are situated at 22/1 in Frazer Town, which is a part of the city that still has a bit of that old-school charm. The building we are in isn't brand new, but it works for what we do. Dealing with realty means we spend a lot of time out of the office, but this is where we come back to do the paperwork and take calls. Frazer Town has changed a lot over the years, but it still feels like a real neighborhood where people actually know each other. Our office space is pretty basic. We have a few chairs for visitors and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't really go for that polished corporate look because it just doesn't fit the vibe of where we are. Usually, you’ll find one of us typing away or looking through property listings while drinking a cup of tea. The street outside can get noisy with all the shops and people walking by, but we’ve grown used to it. It’s a good location because it’s central and easy for people to find once they get into this side of town. We handle the day-to-day stuff of real estate without trying to make it sound more complicated than it is. It’s just a small group of us working out of this Frazer Town address, trying to keep up with the local market and helping people find what they need in the area.
