Our office is right there in Ulsoor at Bharat Industrial Estate, right across from the Phillips company. It’s a busy spot. Arvind Real Estate Agency is mostly just us keeping track of who is selling what and who needs a place to rent. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the neighborhood looking at different sites. The market changes fast, and sometimes a place that was empty yesterday gets taken today. We handle shops, small industrial spaces, and houses too. It’s not like those big corporate firms you see on TV. We know the streets around here pretty well because we’ve lived and worked in this part of town for years. People come in asking about prices or looking for a specific kind of godown near the estate. We write things down in our registers and try to match folks up. Some days are slow and we just sit with a tea, and other days everyone wants to see a property at the same time. Dealing with paperwork and landlords is just part of the routine. We don't have any flashy signs, just the office near the industrial area. If someone needs a spot for their business or a new home for their family, they usually find their way to us eventually. It’s a decent living and we like meeting the locals. We aren't doing any big sales pitches, just giving people the facts about the local buildings and the rent rates they can expect.
