Arti Sinha

I am Arti Sinha and I run my operations from Flat-312 in Block-B of Mahaveer Gardenia. It is located in the Kumar Swamy Layout at 32 Cross in Bangalore. Living in an apartment complex means my workspace is basically a converted room in my home. It is a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and the computer equipment, but it works for me. Bangalore is always growing and the Kumar Swamy Layout has become quite a busy area over the last few years. I have been here for a while now and I’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building. I don't have a big office with a sign on the door or a receptionist to greet people. If you come by, you’re just coming to my home. I spend most of my day at the desk, trying to stay on top of things. It’s not always easy to balance home life and work when they are in the same place, but I managed to figure it out. I don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy descriptions for me. I just do my work as best as I can. Sometimes the elevators in the block are acting up or the neighbor’s kids are being loud in the hallway, but that is just part of living in a big city. I prefer this small-scale way of doing things because it feels more personal and honest. It is a good way to stay busy without the stress of a commute.
