Our agency is at 237 Jayanagar 4th Cross, on 10th Main. We are right near the Jayanagar Government School, so it's a very easy landmark to find. Jayanagar is a lovely neighborhood, and we’ve been working here for quite some time. We mostly help people find rentals or buy homes in the nearby blocks. It’s a busy area with the school and the shops nearby. Our office is small and tucked away, nothing too fancy. We spend most of our mornings answering the phone and showing people around different houses. Some days we are walking up and down the crosses all afternoon. We know most of the landlords around here. We don't use a lot of fancy tech or apps; we just keep a notebook of what’s available. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when a whole family comes in to talk about a lease. We try to give people the straight story about a place, like if the water pressure is low or the neighbors are loud. It’s just how we do things. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Bangalore. We just like working in Jayanagar because it feels like a community. There’s a lot of history in these streets. We just handle the middleman stuff and make sure the keys get handed over properly. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of walking. We just enjoy being part of the local scene.
