Arch Gallery

You can find Arch Gallery over at F1 near the Bangalore GPO. Being so close to the main post office means there is always a lot of movement outside. Our space is tucked away and sometimes people miss it on their first try. It is mostly filled with samples and finished pieces leaning against the walls. We don't have a big showroom with bright lights. Instead, we have a few worktables and some shelves that are starting to sag under the weight of everything. It smells a bit like glue and wood most of the time. We spend our days measuring things and putting pieces together. It is a lot of hand work and squinting at small details. The floor is usually covered in bits of scrap material by the time we close up for the night. We don't have a receptionist, so if we are in the back working, you might have to call out to get our attention. It is a bit disorganized, but we know exactly where everything is located. The building itself is quite old and has some character to it. We like the location because it’s central, even if the parking is a nightmare. Most people just walk over or get dropped off nearby. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea seller knows exactly how we like our drinks when he brings the tray around in the mornings. It is a decent place to work.
