Apurva Estates

We are located over at 179/2 on the Sarakki Main Road in JP Nagar. Most people know the spot because it is right near the Khodey Glass Factory. We have been working out of this space for a while now. It gets busy on the main road during the mornings when everyone is heading to work. Being near the factory makes it pretty easy to give directions to people who haven't visited us before. Apurva Estates is just a regular office setup. We spend most of our time dealing with the usual paperwork and talking to folks who drop by. The building is simple and doesn't have any big flashy signs or anything like that. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud but you get used to it after a few days. We usually open up early and stay until the evening rush starts to die down a bit. There isn't much to say about us other than we handle things here locally. If you are coming from the main junction, just keep an eye out for the factory landmark. It is a practical location for what we do. We like the neighborhood because everything is close by. It’s a standard workspace where we keep things moving. We don’t really go in for fancy decorations or complicated setups. Just a desk, some chairs, and the work that needs doing. It works for us. The area around JP Nagar has changed quite a bit over the years but our spot remains the same. We see the same faces walking by every afternoon. It is a grounded place to be. We just focus on the daily tasks.
