Apurva Estate

You can find us over at 179/2 in Doddakalasandra, specifically in the 8th Phase, 1st Block. Most people around here use the Khodey Glass Factory as a landmark because it’s so close to us. Apurva Estate is basically just us helping people figure out where they want to live or invest their money in this part of town. It’s a changing area, and we have seen a lot of new things go up recently. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s mostly just a few of us who know the neighborhood and can tell you which plots are available. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we’d like, but that’s just how it goes with property. We spend a lot of time walking around the different blocks, checking on things. If you come by the office, it might be a bit messy with maps and old files, but we know where everything is. People stop in all the time just to chat about land prices or what’s happening down the road. We try to keep things simple and honest. We aren’t trying to sell you a dream, just a piece of ground or a house that fits what you need. It's a local business, run by people who actually live around here and care about how the community looks as it grows. That’s pretty much the whole story of what we do.
