Apex Estate & Properties is located at 14 Dickenson Road in the Wilocrisa Apartment. We are right by Rest House Crescent Road. It is actually a fairly quiet spot for an office compared to the rest of the city. We spend our time looking at houses and flats for people who are moving around town. Real estate can be a bit of a headache sometimes with all the paperwork and legal bits. We try to keep it as simple as possible. Usually, we are out visiting different properties or meeting people who want to move into a new place. It is a lot of walking and talking every day. We have seen many changes in this neighborhood over the years we have been here. The office itself is not very big, but it works fine for us. We keep our files organized and try to answer the phone whenever it rings. Dealing with property means you meet all kinds of people from everywhere. Some are looking for their very first home and others just want a small shop space to start something. We just show them what is available and let them decide for themselves. It is not a complicated business if you just tell the truth about the places you are showing. We do not go for big advertisements or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend. Being on Dickenson Road is quite convenient for us.
