Apartments Sale

Our office is on the first floor over in Byatarayanapura, right on the 60 feet road. If you know the 44/3 building, that’s where we are. It’s a busy spot with a lot of people moving around the neighborhood every day. We spend a lot of time looking at different buildings and talking to folks who are trying to find a new place to stay. Some days are just spent walking through empty rooms and checking if the plumbing and lights work like they are supposed to. We’ve seen a lot of changes in this part of town over the last few years. More buildings go up every month it seems. We handle the paperwork and the keys for the units. It’s not always easy because people have a lot of questions about square footage or how the sunlight hits the balcony in the morning. We try to give straightforward answers based on what we see. The office is usually a bit cluttered with folders and maps of the local area. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the streets around here pretty well. Sometimes we’re out at a site all afternoon, so the office might be quiet for a bit. We just handle the sales and help people figure out where they want to live next. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we stay busy with it every single day. We’ve got a small kettle for tea if you catch us when we’re actually in.
