Anupama Coffee Works

We are tucked away at 375/1 in Wilson Garden. Anupama Coffee Works has been a part of this neighborhood for a good while. You can usually smell the coffee beans before you even see the door. That’s the best part of working here, honestly. The smell stays on your clothes all day. It’s a small operation. We have the grinders and the bags of beans stacked up against the walls. Wilson Garden is a bit of a maze if you don't know it, but we’re in a solid spot. It’s not a fancy cafe where you sit down with a laptop. It’s more of a place where the work happens. We spend our time roasting and grinding. There’s always a bit of dust from the beans, but we don't mind. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there. We just like making sure the coffee is done right. The machinery is loud, so talking over it can be a challenge sometimes. We’ve got a few regulars who come by just to see what’s fresh. It’s a simple business. No complicated marketing or social media stuff. Just the beans and the machines. We’ve been at this address long enough that the walls feel familiar. It’s a decent life, working with something that people enjoy every morning. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
