If you’re looking for Anu Properties, you’ll find us over at 663 Jayanagar. It’s a regular house that we’ve used as our base for quite some time now. Jayanagar is a nice neighborhood, and we like being part of it. Most of our day is spent talking to people about where they want to live or if they have a place they want to sell. We don't have a big staff or a fancy reception desk. It’s usually just a couple of us handling the phones and the walk-ins. We know the blocks around Jayanagar like the back of our hands because we’re always out and about looking at different houses and plots. People stop by because they know we’re local and we don't try to confuse them with a lot of real estate talk that doesn't mean anything. We just tell it like it is. If a place has problems, we say so. If the price is too high, we mention that too. It’s easier that way for everyone. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when a lot of people come in at once, but we just take it one person at a time. The office is full of files and old keys, but we know where everything is. We’ve been doing this for long enough that we don't need to put on a show for anyone. We’re just here at 663 Jayanagar, doing our thing and helping out where we can.
