Anni Realtors is situated at 73/27 in Rajajinagar, specifically in the Vijay Colony area. We are directly opposite the Rajajinagar Post Office, which makes it very easy to find. You can see the long lines of people waiting at the post office every morning while we are opening up. Our office is small and filled with folders and maps of the local area. There are a few old wooden desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about property and houses. Being in Vijay Colony means we are right in the heart of things. The tea man comes around twice a day, and we usually take a break with him on the sidewalk. It is a busy street, so there is always the sound of scooters and cars. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around to show people different spots in the neighborhood. The walls are covered with some old calendars and a few photos of buildings. It is not a high-end corporate office with air conditioning that freezes you out. It is just a comfortable place where we do our business. Sometimes the door squeaks when it opens, but we haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. Most of the people who come in are locals who have lived in Rajajinagar for years and know us by our first names already.
