My family has been in Kammanahalli for a long time now. We set up this real estate spot on 8th Cross in the Choudeshwari Layout because everyone was asking about rentals and plots in this area. It's mostly just me and a couple of guys handling the calls. People come in looking for a small house or maybe a shop for rent nearby. We know the landlords around here personally. Finding a place in Bangalore is getting harder every day, especially with prices going up so fast. We keep a list of what's available in our diary. It's nothing fancy, just a small office where we can sit and talk about budgets. Sometimes people walk in while we're having tea, and we just show them what we have on the board. The 8th cross area is getting crowded, but it’s a good place to live. We try to keep things simple. If a house has a water problem or the owner is strict, we just tell the tenants straight away so there’s no trouble later. There’s no point in hiding things. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us. We’ve seen this layout grow from just a few houses to what it is today. If you're walking down the street near the layout, you'll probably see our sign. It's a quiet operation, but we stay busy enough with the local listings and talking to owners.
