We are located at 90 JP Nagar 2nd Cross. Our office is right on the 8th Main in the 3rd Phase area. It’s a pretty decent spot in a neighborhood that has changed a lot over the years. We remember when there were way more trees and empty spaces around here, but now it’s mostly houses and small offices like ours. The 2nd Cross is usually a bit quieter than the main roads, which we like. We have a small sign outside so people can find us easily enough without having to search too hard. Inside, it’s just a few chairs and a table where we sit down with people who walk in to ask about local spots. Most of the folks who come by are local residents or people looking to move into the 3rd Phase for the first time. We spend a lot of time walking around the different blocks, looking at properties and talking to owners to see what's happening. It’s not a fast-paced business, it’s more about knowing the streets and who is selling what. We don't have a big team or anything like that. It’s just us handling the paperwork and answering the phone when it rings throughout the day. Sometimes we close up for an hour to go grab lunch or check on a site nearby that we heard about. JP Nagar is a good place to be, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the neighbors around the 8th Main. If you are in the area, you'll find us right there at number 90.
