We are over at 1338 1 in Kumarswamy Layout. Our office is on the 14th Main, not too far from the KSSI School. It is a quiet enough street compared to the main roads, which is nice when we are trying to go through property documents. People usually drop by Amruth Estate Agencies when they are looking for a place to stay or want to sell some land in this part of town. We have a lot of files piled up and a couple of phones that ring more than they probably should. Most of the time, we are out showing houses to people or checking on sites nearby. It is a lot of walking and talking. The office is just a home base for us. We don't have any big corporate signs or anything like that. Just a simple board out front so people know where to turn. Living and working around Kumarswamy Layout means we see the same faces quite often. We know which streets are getting crowded and where the new buildings are going up. It’s a small team here, just a few of us handling the daily work. We don’t try to make things sound more complicated than they are. If someone needs help with a house or a site, we just sit down and see what can be done. It is just a local agency trying to keep things moving for the people around here.
