Amjad Plumbing Works & Real Estate

We’ve been at 10 Kadirenahalli Cross for a while now, right near the petrol bunk. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. My name is Amjad and I handle the plumbing side of things mostly, but we do real estate too. It started out as just fixing pipes and leaks in the neighborhood. People would call us up when a tap broke or a drain got stuck. Then we started helping folks find houses or shops around this part of town. It’s a bit of a mix, I know. Some days I’m covered in grease or water under a sink, and other days I’m showing someone a plot of land or a rental place. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work. Usually, you can find me near the shop or out on a job nearby. Kadirenahalli is a good area, lots of people moving in and out, so there is always something to do. If the phone rings, it’s usually someone with a leaky pipe or someone looking for a new place to stay. We just take it day by day. It’s hard work sometimes, especially when the weather is bad or the traffic at the cross gets really jammed up. But we’ve lived here for years and know most of the people on this street. We just try to get things done without too much fuss. It's just a regular local business trying to stay busy.
