Allwin Estates

Allwin Estates is situated at 2231, which used to be Old No: 16. We are on the second floor on 11th Main Road in Jayanagar 3rd Block East. It’s a nice part of Bangalore, and we’ve been in this building for quite a while. The office has a bit of an old-school feel to it, maybe because of the stairs or just the way we have things set up. We aren't really into the whole modern corporate look. We just have our desks and some chairs for people who stop by. Jayanagar is a great neighborhood, and we spend most of our time dealing with properties right around here. It’s a lot of walking up and down the main roads and checking in on different sites. We handle the usual stuff like buying, selling, and renting. It’s not always exciting, and there is a lot of waiting for documents to come through from the government offices. Sometimes the traffic on 11th Main makes it hard to get anywhere quickly, but that’s just Bangalore for you. We don't have any grand statements to make. We just know this block and the surrounding ones really well. People come to us because we’ve been here and we don't try to push them into anything. It’s just a regular local real estate office doing its best to keep everything moving. We are usually here from morning until the evening, just handling the paperwork and talking to anyone who needs help.
