Our office for Ali Realtors is located in Building No 12/2 on Alexander Street. We are right in the heart of Richmond Town, specifically around the 3rd Main and 4th Cross area. If you know Hoysala Nagar, we are quite easy to find since we are situated right next to the Victorian Villa Apartment. It’s a nice enough building, though it’s been around for a while. We do our real estate work from here, mostly focusing on the local area because that’s what we know best. The street is usually lined with cars, and the neighborhood has that old Bangalore feel with the trees and the narrow lanes. We aren't a corporate giant with glass walls and uniforms. It’s just a regular office with some old files and a few computers where we track listings. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting properties nearby. When we are in, we’re usually at the desks in Building 12/2. Being next to Victorian Villa helps people find us because that’s a big landmark around here. The 4th Cross can get a bit congested during the afternoons, but it’s generally a quiet place to work. We’ve been operating out of Richmond Town for some time now and like the pace of things. It’s just a small group of us handling the daily grind of the property market without making too much of a fuss about it.
