Alfa Real Estates

We are located on the first floor at 19 Jayanagar. It’s quite easy to find since we are near Sagar Apollo Hospital. Alfa Real Estates has been operating from this floor for a good while. Being near the hospital means there is always a lot of movement on the street below. We can hear the ambulances and the traffic from our windows. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks and a few chairs for when people come in to talk. It isn't the kind of place with a fancy lobby or free bottled water. We just sit down and go through the listings. Jayanagar is a big area and we know the blocks around here like the back of our hands. We spend a lot of time coordinating between owners and folks looking for a place. It’s mostly just making sure the paperwork is right and the keys are where they should be. Some days are long and we stay late to finish up. We don't have a big mission statement hanging on the wall. We just show up and do the work. It’s a local business run by local people. We know the neighborhood schools and where the best shops are. That's just how it is for us. We keep a stack of maps and some old files on hand. It's not glamorous but it's what we do.
