Aldar Food & Beverage

Our business is based in Sunkadakatte, over in the Majarpalla area. It’s a bit of a quiet location compared to the city center, which actually helps when we are loading up the delivery vans. We focus on getting the food and beverage items organized and sent out to the local shops. The warehouse floor is usually covered in crates and plastic wrapping. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting heavy boxes and checking the labels to make sure everything is going to the right place. I spend a lot of time on my feet, walking back and forth between the storage area and the loading dock. The air in Majarpalla is a bit fresher than in the middle of town, but it still gets humid in the afternoons. We don't have any fancy signage or a big lobby. It’s just a functional building where we get the job done every day. Sometimes the delivery schedules get messed up because of traffic on the main road, and we have to stay late to catch up. Most of the staff live nearby, so there’s a familiar feeling around the place. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the day’s orders. It’s not the kind of place that looks like much from the outside, but we are always busy on the inside. Keeping track of the inventory is the hardest part, especially when new shipments arrive unexpectedly. We just take it one day at a time here in the workshop.
