We’re located in the Maal Industrial Estate, specifically at number 50 on Mahakali Caves Road. It’s in Andheri East, right near the Shankaramutt police station. Being in an industrial estate means there’s always trucks moving and a lot of activity around us. Our office is a simple place where we manage property listings. We handle a mix of residential and industrial spaces. It’s a lot of coordinate work between owners and people looking for a spot. We spend a good chunk of our day on the phone or walking over to different units in the estate. The air around here always feels like work. It’s not a polished corporate park; it’s a real place where things get made. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the neighbors. When someone walks in, they usually have a specific need, and we just look through our books to see what fits. We don’t go for big sales pitches. We just show the space, explain the rent or the price, and let the person think about it. The traffic on Mahakali Caves Road can be tough, but we’re used to it. It’s just part of working in this part of Mumbai. We keep things simple and just try to get the paperwork right for everyone involved. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we’ve managed to stay in this spot for quite a while by just being practical.
