Aishwarya Rela Estate Agency is based out of Gottigere, specifically in Harnam Nagar at 41432. We’re situated right across from the Kambathhalli Main Road, so there’s a lot of traffic passing by all day. Our office is a simple place where we keep our files and maps of the local area. Real estate in this part of town is always moving, so we spend a lot of time out of the office showing people around or looking at plots. But this is where we come back to do the paperwork. It’s not a very fancy office, just some desks and a few chairs for when people come in to talk. We’ve seen Gottigere change a lot over the last few years with all the new buildings coming up. It keeps us quite busy. We don't use any high-tech systems, mostly just notebooks and what we know about the land around here. Sometimes the main road gets so noisy it's hard to hear the phone, but that's just life in this neighborhood. We are just local people who know the streets and the owners nearby. If you come by, someone is usually there, unless we are all out on a site visit. It’s a small operation, just a few of us trying to keep up with the market in this corner of the city. We don't have big corporate goals, we just help people find a spot.
