Aishwarya Properties

Aishwarya Properties is situated at 177/A - 44/1 in Jayanagar III Block. We are right across the street from NMKRV College. This is a pretty well-known part of Jayanagar, and having the college right there means there is always a lot of energy and students around. We have been working out of this office for a good number of years. It’s a bit of an older building, but it serves us well for what we do. We spend our days looking at listings and talking to people about houses and land. Jayanagar is a nice area with lots of trees and older homes, though things are changing fast. Our office is simple, with just some desks and a lot of files piled up. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but we try to keep it tidy enough for when visitors come in. Being opposite the college is handy because everyone knows the landmark. We don’t do much advertising; we just sit here and do our work. Some days are really busy with people coming in and out, and other days it is just us catching up on paperwork. It’s a local business and we know the streets around here like the back of our hand. We aren't some big corporate chain, just a small office trying to help folks find a place in the neighborhood.
