Aishwarya Properties

We work out of Aishwarya Regency in JP Nagar. To find us, you have to go to the 1st Phase, specifically 38th Main and then turn into 11th B Cross. It’s a residential pocket but we have our setup here for the property business. Aishwarya Properties isn't a massive corporate chain or anything like that. We're just local people. The 11th B Cross is usually quiet compared to the main roads around here. We spend our time talking to people about houses and land. The building itself is easy to spot once you get onto the right cross. It's been our base for a while. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just matching people with places to stay or buy. Sometimes it’s busy, sometimes we’re just waiting for the phone to ring or someone to walk in. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we started. More buildings, more traffic. But our spot in JP Nagar stays mostly the same. We know the area like the back of our hands. If someone asks for a specific street nearby, we probably know it. It’s a lot of walking around and showing sites to customers. We don't use flashy brochures or anything. Just the facts about the plots or flats available. It's basic work. We open up in the morning, do our paperwork, and head out for site visits. Just a regular day at Aishwarya Regency. We like it here.
