We started Addis Cafe a while back in Jalahalli East. We’re located at number 44 inside the Sai Siddhi Society. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s usually quite peaceful around here. We like the vibe of the society. It’s where people live and spend their time, so we feel like we are part of the neighborhood. The shop isn't very large, but it’s enough for us. We spend our days making sure the place is clean and ready for whoever drops by. It’s just us running the show, no big managers or corporate rules. We do things our own way. Sometimes we forget to change the calendar or the clock is a few minutes off, but we try our best to stay organized. Jalahalli East is a nice place to be. We’ve gotten to know the people in Sai Siddhi Society pretty well over the months. It’s funny how you start to recognize everyone’s walk or the car they drive. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just wanted to have a place of our own. Running Addis Cafe is hard work, but it’s ours. If you’re around number 44, come say hello. We are usually around, just doing the chores and keeping things ticking over. It’s a simple life and a simple business, just the way we wanted it. We hope to stay right here in the society for a long time.
