Access Real Estate

We have been operating Access Real Estate for a while now from our spot at 43/3 in Cox Town. It’s located in Patliputra Nagar, right across from the Indian Gymkhana Club. If you know the area, you’ve probably seen us next to the Food World. The office is pretty simple. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and lots of folders filled with property details. It’s not a polished corporate office. We like it that way. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking around the neighborhood to check on houses and plots. Cox Town is a busy place, and being near the club means there is always something happening outside. Sometimes the traffic is a bit much, but it makes the day go by fast. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It is just a few of us trying to keep things organized for people looking for a place to stay. We know the local streets well and can tell you which parts of Patliputra Nagar are quiet and which ones stay noisy late at night. We just show up, do the work, and help out whoever comes through the door. It’s a basic business where we focus on what’s available in the market. We don't use fancy talk. We just tell you what we know about the buildings and the land around here. The fan in the corner makes a little clicking sound, but it keeps the air moving.
