Abids Estate Agency

The office is located in the MIDC CME Trust Building on Kamaraja Road, at number 272/2. It’s a solid building, and we’ve been operating out of this spot for a good bit of time. Being an estate agency means there is always someone coming in to ask about a rental or a plot of land nearby. The desk is usually covered in site maps and old ledger books because we still like to keep track of things on paper alongside the computer. It gets quite noisy outside with all the vehicles on Kamaraja Road, but inside we just focus on the files and the phone calls. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, showing people around different properties, so the door might be locked for an hour here or there while we’re out. It’s just how the real estate business goes in this part of town. When we are here, we’re mostly just answering questions or filling out the necessary forms for a lease. The Trust building is easy enough to spot, which helps when people are trying to find us for the first time. We aren’t really into big signs or loud advertising. We just sit here, talk to the neighbors, and try to find the right house for the next person who asks. It’s a simple routine that hasn't changed much over the years.
