Abhishek Juice Shop

We are tucked away in Janatha Colony, over in Jalahalli West. Address 296, if you’re looking for us. It’s a nice little neighborhood, not as crazy as the city center, but it keeps us busy. We started Abhishek Juice Shop because we wanted to do something for ourselves. It’s not a big chain or a franchise, just a small shop where we peel and squeeze fruit all day. Every morning starts with getting the fresh stuff from the market. If the fruit isn't good that day, we just don't have it. We don't use a lot of fancy machinery, mostly just the basic juicers and our hands. The counter is usually covered in fruit peels by noon, and we spend a lot of time cleaning up so we can start the next batch. Our customers are mostly folks who live around here or work in the nearby shops. They come in, have a chat about the weather or the local news, and move on. We don't have any air conditioning or soft music playing. It’s just the sound of the blender and the street noise. Some days are slow, especially when it rains, but we just sit on the stools and wait for the next person. It’s a simple life, and we aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make sure the person who buys a juice leaves feeling a bit better. We aren't experts, we just know how to make a decent glass of juice.
