Aarogya Chethana Food Store

Our store is at 89/90 on 7th Main, right at the 3rd Cross in Thyagrajnagar. It’s a neighborhood where people have lived for a long time, and we’ve become a part of that fabric. The store itself is quite simple. We have wooden shelves filled with various grains, pulses, and health-focused items. We spend our mornings checking the quality of the stock that comes in. It’s just a couple of us working here, so we do everything from sweeping the floors to weighing out the bags. We don't use any fancy digital displays or loud music. It’s a quiet place where you can hear the clock ticking on the wall. We know most of the people who come in by their first names. They often ask us about which grain is better for a certain dish. We don't have a website or do any online selling. We prefer the face-to-face way of doing things. The shop gets a bit crowded on Saturday mornings, but otherwise, it’s a steady flow. We keep our accounts in a thick ledger book at the counter. Thyagrajnagar is a nice place to work because it feels like a small village inside the city. We aren't looking to grow big, just staying right here at 89/90. We have some old wooden stools for anyone who needs to rest a bit while they wait.
