Aakar Estate

Aakar Estate is located at 682, 11th A Main, 46th Cross, on the 100 Feet Road in Basavanagar, 5th Block. We are quite close to the Raghavendra Swamy Temple, which is a major landmark for everyone around here. Our office is a simple place where we keep our files and meet with people looking for homes or shops to rent. Being on the 100 Feet Road means there is a lot of traffic and noise throughout the day, but it also means we are easy to reach. We have seen Basavanagar change so much over the years, with new shops popping up and old houses being turned into apartments. We know the local property market pretty well because we have been walking these streets for a long time. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us who handle the day-to-day inquiries and show properties to interested folks. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics. We just show you what is available and tell you the rent or the price as it is. Sometimes we spend hours just chatting with old clients who stop by for a cup of coffee. It is a very local way of doing business, based on knowing people and the area. We like being near the temple because it keeps the neighborhood feeling grounded despite all the growth and the busy road outside.
