A S Real Estates is located at 2 Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. Our office is on the 2nd floor, which you can get to by taking the 3rd Cross on Venkatapura Main Road in the 1st Block. We spend most of our time dealing with property matters. Whether it's helping someone find a house to rent or looking into land deals, we are usually busy with paperwork or meetings. The office is a bit small and is filled with maps of the local area and files for different properties. We aren't a big firm with many branches. We just focus on this part of the city. We spend a lot of time walking around Venkatapura and RT Nagar to see what’s available. It is a lot of talking to landlords and prospective tenants. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just tell people what we know about the houses and the prices. Sometimes the negotiations take a long time, and we end up staying late at the office. We have been here for a while, so we know the local market pretty well. It’s a straightforward way of making a living, just connecting people with the right place to stay or buy. We try to be honest about the buildings we show and just get the job done without making a big fuss about it.
