A Fourth Council

We are located over at 213A on the 56th Cross in the 4th Block of Rajajinagar. It is a busy little area, especially being so close to the Rammandir Ground where there is always some kind of cricket match or local fair going on. Our office isn't anything too fancy to look at, just a practical space where we get our daily work done. Most days start with opening the shutters and letting some air in, though the dust from the street can be a bit much sometimes when the wind picks up. We have been in this spot for a while now and most of the people around here know us by sight even if they don't always know exactly what we are typing away at on our computers. It’s just a small group of us working together under the name A Fourth Council. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the week. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when there is a local event at the ground, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years and it’s just part of the background. We usually grab tea from the stall down the road around eleven. There is no big corporate ladder here, just a few desks and people trying to stay on top of their tasks. We like the neighborhood because everything is within walking distance. If you are looking for us, we are just past the main gate of the ground. The building is older but it serves its purpose for us.
