We are an architecture and planning firm based right here in Bangalore. We don’t have a fancy specific neighborhood to brag about in our name, we just cover the city as a whole. Our team has been around for a while, working on various projects across the different zones of the city. We’ve seen Bangalore grow from a quieter place into this huge metro, and we’ve been part of that in our own small way. Our office is a place where we do a lot of thinking and a lot of drawing. It’s not always pretty—there are half-finished sketches and coffee mugs everywhere. We don’t really go for the corporate look. We’d rather spend our time getting the measurements right than worrying about how our lobby looks. We deal with planners, builders, and regular homeowners. Every project has its own set of headaches, but that’s just the nature of the job. We don’t try to sell people on big dreams they can’t afford. We just look at the land and the budget and tell them what’s possible. It’s more of a practical approach to building things. We aren’t a huge company, just a group of professionals who know the local rules and how to get things approved. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting in traffic, but it’s what we do. We just keep at it, one project at a time. It’s been years since we started and we still find every new building to be a challenge.
