999 Properties

We are located over in Horamavu at 14/1 K No 263/4. It’s an area that has been growing quite a bit lately, so there is always something going on with land or houses around here. 999 Properties is just a small office where we deal with all the details that come with buying or selling. It’s not a big corporate setup. Usually, it’s just us sitting around the table looking at maps and property papers. People walk in off the street asking about prices in the neighborhood or wanting to know if a certain plot is still available. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to show someone a site. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few plastic chairs for visitors and a desk that is usually covered in site plans and notebooks. Horamavu can get a bit confusing with all the new lanes, but we’ve been here long enough to know where most things are. It’s a lot of talking and explaining things to people who are often a bit nervous about spending their money. We don’t have any big marketing team or anything. It’s just us and the records we keep. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the traffic, and other days everyone seems to want a piece of land at the same time. It’s just regular real estate work in a part of town that never stays quiet.
