Our office is located at 115 in BTM 1st Stage, right on the 10th Main. If you are looking for the big water tank, we are right across from it. It's a pretty easy landmark to find. We spend most of our time talking to people who are looking for a place to stay or trying to sell their old house in the layout. BTM is always busy, and there’s always someone moving in or moving out. We keep a lot of files and keys in the office, and the phone rings quite a bit with people asking about rents and deposits. It’s not the kind of place where we wear suits every day. Usually, it's just us in regular clothes, drinking coffee and looking at property maps. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand because we spend so much time walking or riding around to show houses to folks. Some days we are out all afternoon and the office is locked up, but we usually leave a note on the door. It can be a bit stressful when a deal doesn't go through or when people can't agree on a price, but that is just the way real estate works in a city like this. We've been in this spot for a good while and have seen the neighborhood grow up around us. We just try to help people find what they need without a lot of talking or complicated paperwork.
