Vr Aquafarms Private Limited is located at 108, Hitha Harmony on Akg Road. It is not your typical farm with fields and cows. We focus more on the water side of things, like fish and such. The office is in an apartment building, so it feels a bit different from a traditional workshop or farm shed. Most of our days are spent checking on the tanks or dealing with the logistics of moving things around the city. It can get a bit cramped in the office with all the files and equipment scattered about. We aren't a big operation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team trying to keep things running smoothly. The water quality is something we have to watch all the time, which can be stressful when the weather changes or there is a power cut. Akg Road is usually busy, so there is always noise outside our windows. We do a lot of the maintenance ourselves because hiring outsiders is expensive and they don't always understand the setup. It is a lot of trial and error, figuring out what works best for the fish. We have had our share of leaks and equipment failures, but we just fix them and move on. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens, making sure everything is balanced. It is hard work but it keeps us busy every day.
