Aadarsh Kisan Foundation

Aadarsh Kisan Foundation is tucked away in the Nagashettyhalli area. We are in the G. J. Nest-6 building, specifically at S-3 on the 2nd Main. If you know Sanjay Nagar, you know it's a bit quieter than the main city parts, which we like. Our office is just a regular spot where we keep our records and meet people who come in from the rural outskirts. It’s a small foundation, so we don't have a huge staff. It’s mostly just two or three of us handling the daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to coordinate things for the farmers. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the documents and folders we have to maintain. We’ve got some old chairs and a desk that’s seen better days, but it serves the purpose. Sometimes people drop by without calling first, and we just make some tea and sit down to talk. It's not a corporate setup at all. We deal with real problems and sometimes we don't have the answers right away. Bangalore weather keeps us going, though the rainy days make the 2nd Main road a bit muddy. We’ve been working from this address for a bit now and it feels like home. We just want to get the work done without too much fuss or complicated systems. It’s a simple operation run by people who care about the kisan community.
