Allied Farms Foodtech Private Limited is based out of the NCPR Industrial Layout in Doddanakundi. We’re in care of N.P Bharathi at Survey Number 18 on Hoodi Road. Being in an industrial layout means it’s always loud with trucks and machines moving around nearby all day. Our space isn’t very big, but it’s where all the foodtech ideas get put to the test. We have a lot of stainless steel tables and various machines that we’re constantly tinkering with or cleaning. It’s not a clean, white-lab kind of environment. It’s more of a workshop where things actually get made by hand sometimes. We spend a lot of time on Hoodi Road, dealing with suppliers and trying to get our logistics sorted out before the traffic gets bad. The traffic around Doddanakundi is pretty intense, so we try to do our deliveries early in the morning when the sun is just coming up. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website to show off. We just focus on the food technology and making sure things work the way they’re supposed to for the farmers. Sometimes we stay late into the night when a machine breaks down or we’re trying to meet a big deadline. It’s a bit of a grind, but we like the industrial feel of the place. Everyone around here is working hard on something. We just keep our heads down and try to make the best of the space we have.
