Varaha Utpadak Farmers Producer Company

Our group, Varaha Utpadak Farmers Producer Company, is over here in Hosur. We are set up at the house of A P Rababi on GG Road. It is a place where most of the locals walk by daily. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular spot on a busy enough road. We have some chairs and a table where we sit and talk about what's growing and what isn't. GG Road stays pretty active with trucks and tractors passing through. Being at Rababi’s place makes it easy for folks to find us without having to look at a map for too long. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and figuring out the schedules for the week. The farmers from around Hosur come in with their boots still muddy sometimes. It is a practical arrangement for all of us involved. Sometimes the noise from the road makes it hard to hear, so we just talk louder. It’s a simple setup because we don’t need much more than a roof and some space to store a few things. We are just a bunch of people trying to keep things moving along in this part of town. The weather gets hot in the afternoons, so the shade at the house is a nice relief. We’ve been at this location for a bit, and everyone knows where to go if they need to talk about the harvest. We just keep things moving.
