Urbi Farm Llp

You can find Urbi Farm Llp right at the Mahalakshmi Metro Station at No.2 on the ground floor. It is a very easy spot to find because we can hear the metro trains coming and going throughout the day. The vibration is just something you get used to after working here for a week or two. Our office space is simple and honest. We have a few mismatched tables pushed together and some metal shelves for our files. Since we are on the ground floor, people often poke their heads in thinking we are a shop or a cafe. We just tell them we are Urbi Farm Llp and go back to our paperwork. Bangalore is always a busy city, but this little corner near the station feels like our own space. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and talking to people who are actually out on the ground at the farms. It is not a glamorous life. We eat our lunch together at the back of the room most days. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the front door if the storm is heavy, but we just put a bucket there and keep going with our tasks. We do not have any big corporate goals that we talk about in meetings. We just want to make sure the produce is being handled the way it should be. It involves a lot of manual checking and phone calls. We like being right here where everyone else is rushing by.
