We are located in BTM Layout 2nd Stage, at number 22 on 5th B Cross, 16th Main. It’s a typical Bangalore neighborhood where houses and small offices are all mixed together. We chose this spot because it’s relatively quiet but still close to the main parts of the city. We aren’t a large team, just a few people who are really interested in farming and how to make it work as a business. Our office is a simple room with a few tables and a lot of notebooks. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that; you just walk in and find one of us working. Most of our time is spent coordinating what happens on the farms we manage. We aren’t trying to sound like a big company because we aren’t one. We just deal with the daily tasks of agriculture, like checking on supplies or talking to the workers. Sometimes the internet is slow or the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, and we just deal with it. It’s a very human way of working. We like being in BTM because there are plenty of places to get a quick lunch or a coffee when we are tired. It’s a practical location for a practical business. We don't use much jargon or have long meetings about strategy; we just focus on what needs to be planted or harvested next. It’s simple and honest work that keeps us very busy.
